ESPN’s FPI thinks it has picked the right team in the Texas A&M-Ole Miss matchup.

Ole Miss is trying to hang on to its chance of making the SEC Championship with one loss. An Alabama loss would put the Rebels at the top of the SEC West. Ole Miss dominated Vanderbilt 33-7 in its last game.

Texas A&M rebounded from its two-game losing streak with a win over South Carolina in its last outing. The Aggies beat the Gamecocks 30-17 in College Station.

Despite both teams playing well in Week 9, there can only be one winner. The FPI sees Ole Miss coming out on top in this matchup. The Rebels have a 63.8% chance to win in Oxford. The Aggies’ chances of the upset are 36.2%.

Ole Miss’ program may be in a better place right now, but Texas A&M leads the all-time series 9-3. The Rebels do have a two-game winning streak against the Aggies at the moment, however.

The FPI thinks that number will increase to three by the time the final whistle sounds on Saturday. Vaught-Hemingway Stadium will be live and full of loud Ole Miss fans.

Kickoff will be at noon ET on ESPN in this SEC West showdown between the Rebels and Aggies.
