One of the top matchups this weekend in SEC country is the clash between the Florida Gators and the Auburn Tigers under the lights at Jordan-Hare Stadium.
This will be the first time since the 2019 season that these 2 traditional SEC rivals have squared off against each other on the gridiron, and the first time since 2011 that the Gators have made the trek west to The Plains.
In anticipation of what is sure to be an intense showdown, ESPN’s Football Power Index (FPI) has updated its prediction for how this primetime SEC tilt will play out between the Tigers and the Gators.
When it comes to this Saturday’s meeting between Auburn and Florida, the FPI is predicting the game to be about as close as it can be, with the Gators holding a 50.4% chance to win compared to the Tigers’ 49.6%.

Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. ET on ESPN. Florida is currently a slight favorite, according to the latest update at Kalshi:
