The No. 2 Georgia Bulldogs are getting set for their biggest test of the season this weekend as they hit the road to take on the No. 10 Ole Miss Rebels in one of the biggest matchups of the year.

Both of these programs are in the hunt for the SEC and College Football Playoff titles, and the outcome of this game will have massive implications on both races heading into the back half of November and beyond.

ESPN analyst Bill Connelly released his SP+ predictions for Week 10 on Monday in anticipation of all the action set to take place this Saturday, and it included a very interesting outcome in this heavyweight bout between the Dawgs and the Rebels.

When it comes to this Saturday’s top-10 showdown between Georgia and Ole Miss, Connelly’s model is predicting that the Bulldogs will come out on top against the Rebels by a final score of 32-23.

This is somewhat surprising considering both meetings between these programs last season were decided by a single possession, but it appears as though the SP+ likes this year’s Georgia team more than last’s.

It will be interesting to see how things play out when these two juggernauts take the field under the lights at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium on Saturday night, and who gains the upper hand in the race to Atlanta as December grows nearer.
