Following an exciting Week 4 of SEC action, it’s starting to become clearer where each team stands on a national scale.
As teams across the country enter conference play, we should start to see what each team is made of now that we have a few weeks under our belts.
In the latest S&P+ rankings, there’s no surprise in the top spot, as Alabama retains its No. 1 ranking in the aftermath of its 59-0 blowout victory over Vanderbilt.
However, the rest of the SEC has shuffled a bit, with Vandy plummeting and half of the conference finding itself outside the top 25, as you can see below:
- No. 1 — Alabama
- No. 12 — LSU
- No. 13 — Auburn
- No. 14 — Georgia
- No. 22 — Ole Miss
- No. 23 — Florida
- No. 24 — Mississippi State
- No. 30 — Texas A&M
- No. 31 — Tennessee
- No. 36 — Arkansas
- No. 57 — Vanderbilt
- No. 58 — South Carolina
- No. 63 — Kentucky
- No. 76 — Mizzou
With more conference games coming in the next few weeks, it’ll be interesting to see which teams manage to maintain their top-25 spots and which slide back further down the list.
