Final College Football Playoff rankings, Dec. 5: Final Top 25 teams revealed

The final College Football Playoff rankings are out, and the field for the 4-team tournament is set.

Alabama, Michigan, Georgia and Cincinnati make up the top 4, in that order. The national champion will be 1 of those 4 schools.

But, there’s still plenty of intrigue later in the rankings, especially when it comes to bowl berths that will be handed out throughout the day. A total of 6 SEC teams made the cut for the final CFP rankings.
