The Swamp will be at full effect this Saturday against Mississippi State as Florida has announced sellout for its homecoming game.
Florida hosts Mississippi State on Saturday for its annual homecoming, and the Gators announced on X that tickets are sold out. This is Florida’s 16th straight sellout at The Swamp.
The Gators are currently 2-4 and coming off a 34-17 loss to Texas A&M. In 2025, DJ Lagway has not taken the next step that many thought he would coming into the year. So far this season, Lagway has 1,233 yards, 9 touchdowns, and 7 interceptions.

Lagways’ best performance of the year came against Texas when he totaled 298 yards through the air, 2 touchdowns, and just 1 interception.
On the other hand, Mississippi State’s recent stretch hasn’t been much better. After starting the year 4-0, the Bulldogs have dropped their last 2 games to Tennessee and Texas A&M. They’re coming off a bye and will be looking to prove themselves this weekend and ruin the Gators’ homecoming.
Kickoff between Florida and Mississippi State is scheduled for 4:15 p.m. ET.
