Listed at 6-10, 230 pounds on 247Sports, Condon is a Class of 2023 recruiting prospect who decided in 2021 to focus on basketball instead of pursuing an Australian Rules Football career.
Eric Fawcett of Gator Country, one of the leading Florida basketball experts, sees Condon as a developmental project, noting Golden’s staff will likely look to the transfer portal for immediate contributors.
Condon visited Florida last month. He also reportedly had interest from Utah and St. Mary’s.
UF basketball’s 2023 class has 1 other commitment. Thomas Haugh, a 3-star power forward, signed with the program in November.
