Florida’s SEC schedule from 2026 to 2029, including the three teams it will play annually during that timespan, was revealed Tuesday night on the SEC Network.
To no one’s surprise, the Cocktail Party isn’t going anywhere as Georgia was officially announced as one of the Gators’ annual opponents. But that game will look a little different over the next few years, with EverBank Stadium in Jacksonville set to undergo a massive renovation. The Gators and Bulldogs will play at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta in 2026 and Raymond James Stadium in Tampa in 2027 before the series returns to Jacksonville in 2028.
Florida will also face South Carolina annually from 2026 to 2029. Those two programs have played each other every season since the Gamecocks began playing football in the SEC in 1992, except for 2024. The Gators host South Carolina at the Swamp in even years before traveling to Williams-Brice Stadium in odd years.
The Gators’ third permanent opponent will be Kentucky, as a series that’s gone on uninterrupted since 1967 will continue through at least the rest of the decade. The Wildcats will welcome the Gators to Lexington in 2026 and 2028 before traveling to Gainesville in 2027 and 2029.
Along with South Carolina, Florida’s other conference games at home in 2026 will be against Ole Miss, Vanderbilt, and Oklahoma. Those three will be road opponents in 2028. The Gators’ other road opponents in 2026, Auburn, Mizzou, and Texas, will be home games in 2028.
In 2027, Florida travels to Alabama, Mississippi State, and Tennessee. Those three teams come to Ben Hill Griffin Stadium in 2029.
