Former Florida WR Tyrie Cleveland carted off field with neck injury in preseason game

Former Florida WR Tyrie Cleveland had to be carted off the field of Thursday night’s preseason game between the Philadelphia Eagles and Cleveland Browns.
Cleveland injured his neck on a passing play in the 3rd quarter.

The Eagles shared good news Thursday night that Cleveland has movement in all of his extremities.

Cleveland played at Florida from 2016-to-2019. He was selected by the Denver Broncos with the No. 252 pick in the seventh round of the 2020 NFL Draft.
Over the past 3 seasons, Cleveland played in 23 games for the Broncos. He has recorded 8 catches for 91 yards in NFL regular-season action.
The Eagles signed Cleveland on Jan. 17.
