Former Georgia WR Lindsay Scott narrates hype trailer for Bulldogs’ Cocktail Party showdown with Florida

The Georgia football video team brought in a very familiar name for its Week 6 game trailer, released on Thursday ahead of its game against Florida in Jacksonville. It will be the 98th meeting between the 2 programs.
Lindsay Scott, one-half of one of the most iconic plays in Bulldogs football history, is the narrator. And Dawgs fans know that if not for his catch in the 1980 edition of the Georgia-Florida game, the team likely would not have won the national championship that year. In case you need a refresher of the play, including the call of the play from legendary Bulldogs play-by-play announcer Larry Munson, you’ll get it.
Of course, the video is peppered with moments from other Bulldogs-Gators games from the past.
The game will be shown on CBS at 3:30 pm ET, with Brad Nessler, Gary Danielson, and sideline reporter Jamie Erdahl calling the action. Until then, you can watch the Georgia game trailer below:
