Several thought the Tennessee Titans made mistake when they traded standout wide receiver AJ Brown to the Philadelphia Eagles during the 2022 NFL Draft.

Whether or not that holds true for the Titans remains to be seen, but there’s no denying the Eagles are benefiting from the acquisition of the former Ole Miss wideout. Brown dominated in his first half of a game as a member of the team, tallying six catches for 128 yards against the Detroit Lions. That’s good for an average of 21.3 yards per reception.

And how about this chemistry with former Alabama quarterback Jalen Hurts? That’s a solid SEC-to-SEC connection.

Brown now totals 8 receptions for 143 yards as the Eagles lead the Lions, 31-14 with just under eight minutes remaining in the third quarter.
