A former Texas wide receiver is reportedly planning to take an official visit to the program that’s on the other side of the Red River Rivalry.

Parker Livingstone, who emerged as one of Arch Manning’s prime targets in 2025, is currently in the transfer portal. According to 247Sports’ Tom Loy, Livingstone has a pair of official visits lined up: to Indiana and Oklahoma.

Livingstone, a member of the Longhorns’ 2024 recruiting class, redshirted as a true freshman. In 2025, he made 29 catches for 516 yards and six touchdowns, with his yardage total third among Texas wideouts. His best game came against San Jose State as he pulled in four catches for 128 yards and four touchdowns. He made two catches for just 29 yards against the Sooners.

Livingstone is one of 13 Texas players who are currently in the portal. That includes Tre Wisner, the Longhorns’ lead back in 2024 and 2025, who ran for over 1,000 yards in 2024. DeAndre Moore, the Longhorns’ second-leading receiver in 2025, is also in the portal after 532 yards and four touchdowns.

Meanwhile, Manning, who accounted for four touchdowns and ran for 155 yards in the Citrus Bowl against Michigan, is reportedly set to return to the Longhorns for the 2026 season.
