Fox Sports’ Joel Klatt updates his latest top 10 with 4 SEC teams

Fox Sports analyst Joel Klatt released his latest top 10 ranking of teams, and he added an SEC team this week.
After Georgia beat Tennessee, and Florida lost at Texas A&M, Klatt inserted the Bulldogs at No. 4, where Florida was last week, and dropped the Gators to No. 9. The Aggies moved from out of the poll to No. 8.
He kept the top three teams the same as last week, Clemson, Ohio State and Alabama. Notre Dame moved from No. 8 to No. 5 after a win over Florida State. North Carolina moved from just outside the top 10, to No. 7, and Oklahoma State remained at No. 10, and the long Big 12 member.
With more teams picking up losses, it will be increasingly difficult to make calls outside the top five, as Klatt noted, “After the top 5 it is a total mess!”
With all of the offensive shootouts on Saturday, the season is getting more interesting by the week.
The two biggest SEC games this week are Georgia at Alabama, and LSU at Florida. Those results should go a long way toward determining the balance of power in each division.
