Georgia suffered a big loss to its defensive line in the first quarter of its game against Florida in Jacksonville.

Jordan Hall, a member of the Bulldogs roster since 2023, was forced to leave after suffering an apparent leg injury. He was later ruled out for the remainder of the afternoon, per ABC.

TV cameras showed Hall being helped to the locker room while giving a thumbs-up to Dawgs fans in the EverBank Stadium crowd.

Hall, a former 5-star recruit, is a Jacksonville native. As a true freshman, he played in 10 games, making 10 tackles. In 2024, he was limited to 6 games as he fought back from stress fractures in both legs. So far in 2025, he’s played in all 7 games, making 10 stops.

We’ll have to wait and see what Hall’s ultimate injury prognosis is, but if it’s longterm, it’s the latest blow to a career that hasn’t quite taken off as hoped for the junior.

Meanwhile, Georgia is trying to stay in the hunt for a potential SEC Championship Game appearance. More importantly, the Bulldogs are looking to position themselves well for a College Football Playoff berth with the calendar having reached November.

Georgia vs. Florida is on ABC.
