No. 5 Georgia had its share of struggles during a poor first half vs. Florida at EverBank Stadium in Jacksonville. The Bulldogs and Gators are tied at 10 at halftime.

Georgia’s rushing attack has been stifled. The Bulldogs are only averaging 3.7 yards per carry. Meanwhile, Georgia quarterback Gunnar Stockton has been uneven with an interception and fumble. On the other side of the ball, the defense didn’t get much pressure up front and finished with no sacks.

Georgia has won the last 4 matchups in the World’s Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party but it’ll take a better effort to keep the streak going.

Georgia’s fans are blasting the coaching staff on social media, in particular offensive coordinator Mike Bobo and defensive coordinator Glenn Schumann.

Here’s a sampling of what’s been said online:

The 35-year-old Schumann is a Georgia native who has been the Bulldogs’ defensive coordinator since last season and a part of the coaching staff dating back to 2016. Schumann began as the ILB coach from 2016-2018 then was also elevated to co-defensive coordinator from 2019-2023.

The 51-year-old Bobo is also a Georgia native and a former quarterback for the Bulldogs from 1993-1997. Bobo has been Georgia’s offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach since 2023. This is Bobo’s second stint as Georgia’s offensive coordinator, having also served in the role from 2007-2014.
