Georgia has added another blue-chip prospect to its 2027 recruiting class.
An in-state lineman is staying home to play for Kirby Smart‘s Bulldogs. Miller Westerfield is the newest Georgia commitment.
Out of Roswell (Georgia) High School, Westerfield is listed as measuring 6-6 and 295 pounds. On the 247Sports Composite, Westerfield is rated 4-stars, the 40 offensive tackle, No. 43 player in the state of Georgia and No. 390 prospect overall in the Class of 2027.

As one of the top offensive tackles in a talent hotbed, Westerfield was widely recruited. Westerfield collected 28 scholarship offers, with Florida State, Georgia Tech, South Carolina and USC listed among the programs that showed interest.
For Friday’s big decision, Westerfield told Hayes Fawcett of Rivals that it came down to Georgia, Tennessee and LSU. Westerfield is staying in the Peach State to wear red and black.
With Westerfield on board, Georgia now has 18 verbal commitments for 2027. The class ranks No.8 nationally on the Composite.
