Jonathan Ned became the ninth Georgia men’s basketball player to enter the transfer portal, including 7 scholarship players, as the Mike White era continues to see a revamped roster for the new coach.
The senior out of Brentwood, California did not see action during the 2021-22 season because of a combination of illness and foot injury. But he took part in the Bulldogsโ pre-game Senior Day festivities against Tennessee. Pete Thamel of ESPN, and Verbal Commits each reported the portal news.
Georgia’s transfer portal entries in recent days include Jaxon Etter, a shooting guard (walk-on), Tyron McMillan, a power forward, Josh Taylor, a small forward, Kario Oquendo, a shooting guard, Christian Wright, a point guard, Cam McDowell, a shooting guard, Tyrone Baker, a power forward and Dalen Ridgnal, a forward.
This is now nine for UGA, as Jonathan Ned jumps in the Portal. https://t.co/LK3p5ZpO89
