The No. 6-ranked Georgia Bulldogs moved to 2-0 on the season this past weekend with their 28-6 win over the Austin Peay Governors in a matchup where the Dawgs’ offense struggled to get anything going for much of the game.
Despite this lack of offensive success, though, Georgia was still able to dominate their FCS opponent by just about every metric available. They out-gained the Govs 421 to 196, and they held Austin Peay to just 2 field goals.
Georgia recently posted their weekly highlight reel from this most recent matchup on their official X account, and it featured all the biggest plays the Dawgs made against the Governors between the hedges in the iconic Sanford Stadium.
The electric video showcased each of the Dawgs’ 4 touchdown scores, and also featured several big plays made by the defense as well, including both of their sacks against Austin Peay quarterback Chris Parson.
Georgia has been producing these types of high-quality recaps for all of their games over the past several seasons, and it’s become a tradition for Dawg fans everywhere to look forward to at the start of every week.
