Ohio State alum Kirk Herbstreit’s a true professional in sports broadcasting and rarely pulls punches when evaluating college football teams.
He posed a hilarious question Saturday night.
While calling the Florida State vs. Oklahoma State evening matchup, Herbstreit didn’t hold back during a game-break after he watched Wisconsin running back Melvin Gordon give the Badgers a 17-7 lead over LSU.
He asked co-analyst Chris Fowler “when was the last time somebody said Big Ten speed” following Gordon’s impressive run and leap into the end zone.
Yikes.
