ESPN analyst Kirk Herbstreit’s not as high on Georgia as he once was following Saturday’s 38-35 loss at South Carolina.
Herbstreit now considers Oregon the top team in the land followed Florida State, Alabama and Oklahoma. He projected the Crimson Tide in his playoff final four prior to the start of the season, but he dropped the Tide out after Week 1 and inserted Georgia and Texas A&M. Last week, Herbstreit projected UGA as the SEC’s only team in the playoff.
