Defending your home field is crucial, especially in a conference as difficult as the SEC.

Naturally, some teams are better at it than others and some fanbases provide a better home advantage than others. However, when you see that the SEC’s top four teams have a combined 18-0 record at home, you see how important it really is.

Below, we’ve compiled the home records of each SEC squad this year, and you can see which teams have the best and worst marks in their own stadiums. Notably, Arkansas is the only team with a losing record at home:

SEC East home records

  • Georgia — 4-0
  • Kentucky — 5-0
  • Florida — 3-1
  • South Carolina — 3-2
  • Tennessee — 2-2
  • Vanderbilt — 3-2
  • Mizzou — 3-2

SEC West home records

  • Alabama — 4-0
  • LSU — 5-0
  • Auburn — 3-2
  • Mississippi State — 4-1
  • Texas A&M — 3-1
  • Ole Miss — 3-2
  • Arkansas — 2-4

Overall SEC home record: 47-18
