Jalen Milroe does not want to lose to Texas.

Alabama’s starting QB connected with Jermaine Burton for Alabama’s first lead of the game to end the 3rd quarter. He really launched this one, too.

Burton’s catch goes down as a 49-yard score, giving the Tide a 16-13 lead over the Longhorns.

This was easily Milroe’s best throw of the day so far. The Alabama QB is struggling against a strong Texas secondary, having completed 11 of his 20 attempts for a touchdown and an interception.

He’s done the usual with his legs, averaging 4.5 yards per carry with 59 total rushing yards through the 3rd quarter.

Texas trailed for exactly 3 plays before taking the lead once more. The Longhorns drove the field 75 yards to score a touchdown to retake a 20-16 lead with 14:05 remaining in the 4th quarter.
