Former NFL coach Jon Gruden was in Athens on Friday to take in some of the first moments of Georgia’s 2025 fall camp.
Gruden observed at least part of practice and donned a Georgia hat while watching from the sidelines. Here’s a clip, courtesy of Georgia Football:
Gruden, who joined Barstool Sports as a media personality last year, has frequently been around college and pro teams — of multiple sports — over the last year. He’s also become known for producing lively “unboxing” videos where he reveals gifts sent to him from various teams.
Georgia, though, received an in-person visit from Gruden. He also shared a photo of his own from the afternoon:

Georgia is hoping to compete for a National Championship again 2025. The Bulldogs fell short of that goal last season, but they did capture another SEC Championship by defeating Texas in the conference title game last December.
Georgia will open the 2025 season with Marshall on Aug. 30.
