Josh Heupel has a hilarious answer to ‘Would You Rather’ question at SEC Media Days

Former Tennessee basketball player Ron Slay posed quite the question to Tennessee football head coach Josh Heupel at SEC Media Days Thursday.
The question, per 104.5 The Zone: Would you rather take yourself or current starting quarterback Hendon Hooker in a 2-minute drill situation?
Heupel’s answer? Hooker, because he has better coaching.
“You have a two minute drill and you have to win the game. You have young Heupel, national championship Heupel, and Hendon Hooker. Who are you taking?”

Heupel was a national Championship winning quarterback at Oklahoma in his playing days, leading the Sooner to the title in 2001. he was also the Heisman Trophy runner-up in 2000 behind Florida State quarterback Chris Weinke.
Hooker is showing up on the radars as a dark horse Heisman candidate himself. He had a star year at Tennessee last season, throwing for 31 touchdowns and only 3 interceptions in an 8-win season for the Volunteers.
