Kentucky adds pledge from Class of 2024 Edge out of Tennessee

Kentucky football added a commitment out of the Volunteer State Wednesday afternoon, landing a pledge from 3-star Edge Steven Soles.
Soles hails from Powell, Tennessee, which is just outside of Knoxville. He attended the same high school (Powell) as 2022 5-star DL Walter Nolen.
The 6-1 edge rusher chose the Wildcats over offers from Alabama, Miami, South Carolina and Kansas, to name a few.
Soles had a bit of an unorthodox commitment method, choosing to do so on the “No Playbook” podcast. Check it out below:
Soles is considered to be the No. 830 overall prospect in the 2023 cycle, as well as the No. 55 Edge and No. 29 player out of the state of Tennessee.
