Kentucky added a pledge from Class of 2024 3-star edge rusher Lorenzo Cowan Sunday afternoon.

Cowan hails from Jenkins High School in Savannah, Georgia. He was offered by the Wildcats back in May of 2022, just his 2nd offer at the time. He chose the Wildcats over offers from Georgia Tech, Duke, Virginia Tech and Minnesota.

But now he’s heading to Lexington.

Cowan stands at 6-3, 220 pounds and is a multi-sport athlete for JHS, playing basketball and track as well as football. He committed to UK following an official visit to Lexington on Sept. 8 and represents the Wildcats’ 17 commitment of the 2024 cycle.
