The Kentucky Wildcats found themselves on the outside looking in when the first AP Poll of the 2020 season was released on Monday.
Yes, the Wildcats should spring into the poll when the 9 teams that are ranked but aren’t playing this fall drop out, but that’s not good enough for the Kentucky players.
On Wednesday, Kentucky QB Terry Wilson told Paul Finebaum on “The Paul Finebaum Show” that the Wildcats are out to prove everyone wrong:

Getting Wilson back after he missed most of the 2019 season with an injury will be big for the Kentucky offense. The Wildcats also boast a talented offensive line.
Will Kentucky end up in the top 25 before the season is over? How high can the Wildcats climb? We’ll find out starting next month.
