Whether JT Daniels or Stetson Bennett will start at quarterback for the Georgia Bulldogs in the College Football Playoff semifinal at the Orange Bowl against Michigan will be an ardent debate all the way to Dec. 31.
One player, and new signee, that hopes that he himself will someday step in behind center and lead the Bulldogs in a Playoff contest will apparently have a chance to practice with the team beginning Tuesday.
According to UGASports.com’s Anthony Dasher, Gunner Stockton, who inked his NLI with the program on the first day of the Early Signing Period on Wednesday, will be on campus as the Dawgs begin practicing for the Wolverines:
Am told Gunner Stockton will join his new teammates at Georgia on Tuesday to work out with the team before the Bulldogs head down to Miami for the Orange Bowl.

Stockton was ranked as the No. 7 quarterback in the class of 2022 by 247Sports.com. He was also considered the No. 5 player in the state of Georgia.
He’ll be an early enrollee in the spring, where Georgia fans will get their first glimpse of him at Sanford Stadium during G-Day.
