LSU and Alabama always get together in early November, and using that old saying about time flying when you’re having fun, it’s already that time of year.
We’ve reached November, it’s getting late in the regular season, and here come the Tigers and Crimson Tide in a Week 10 clash at Death Valley that will no doubt dictate where the 2026 season goes for these longtime SEC powerhouses.
As usual, both teams are ranked, with No. 9 Alabama and No. 15 LSU both sitting at 6-2 and both desperate to avoid a third loss that would severely dampen their College Football Playoff hopes and SEC title chances. Bama is 4-2 in conference play while LSU is 3-2, so there’s not much separating these 2 teams as they meet in a 3:30 p.m. ET kickoff on ABC.
But there is something significant to separate the Tide and Tigers in Saturday’s game, and that’s the opening line that was established on Sunday when Circa Sports released all of its opening lines for Week 10 of the season. LSU has been installed as a 4-point favorite over Bama, and the opening over-under total on the game is 53 points.
Here is that Alabama-LSU early line as well as all of the opening lines for a stacked Week 10 of the 2026 season:
An interesting side note to Saturday’s matchup in Baton Rouge is that both teams will be coming off bye weeks, so both should be pretty fresh for the matchup, if not totally healthy.
This is a rivalry that started way back in 1895, with LSU winning that first matchup, 12-6.
But Alabama owns the rivalry overall, holding an all-time record of 58-27-5 against LSU while also taking a 3-game winning streak over the Tigers into Saturday’s showdown.
