LSU and Kentucky will meet up in a top-25 showdown on Saturday.

The Tigers have bounced back nicely since the loss to Ole Miss two weeks ago, and the Wildcats are coming off the biggest comeback in a road game in program history as they beat South Carolina 35-34 in overtime.

While Kentucky has been one of the talking points in the SEC this year, the betting market isn’t buying the Wildcats in this game. According to Kalshi, the Tigers are a 10.5-point favorite, with the over/under being set at 55.5 points.

LSU took care of business on Saturday, as the Tigers knocked off McNeese, 63-14. Lane Kiffin’s offense was dominant, as they passed for 367 yards while also rushing for 364 yards. Since the loss to the Rebels, LSU has outscored its two opponents by a score of 98-20.

Will Stein said when he became the coach at Kentucky that things were going to change, and so far, he has been right. The Wildcats were trailing 17-0 to South Carolina in the second quarter on Saturday night, but were able to come back and send the game to overtime.

After quarterback Kenny Minchey connected with Henry Boyer in overtime to cut it to 34-33, Stein decided to go for two. Minchey made his coach look smart, as he hit Willie Rodriguez to complete the big comeback.

It is another opportunity for the Wildcats to continue to show what they’re becoming, and for the Tigers to show they can win on the road in the SEC.
