The Texas A&M Aggies will be looking to gain some much-needed momentum in Week 6 after a shaky start to their in-conference schedule with an upset road win over the No. 14 Missouri Tigers in Columbia.
The Aggies are coming off a 34-7 drubbing of the Arkansas Razorbacks last Saturday, a game in which star wideout Mario Craver saw just 14 snaps due to a lingering ankle injury that he suffered back in Week 4 in Texas A&M’s loss against LSU.
Craver’s availability against the Tigers was up in the air for most of this week, and it looks like he will officially be a game-time decision after being listed as such on the team’s final injury report Saturday morning.
An Alabama native, Craver started his college career at Mississippi State in 2024, but made the move to College Station before the start of last season. He quickly emerged as a lethal No. 2 option behind 2026 first-round draft pick KC Concepcion, hauling in 59 passes for 917 yards and 4 touchdowns.
He looked poised to make another leap as the No. 1 option for Aggies quarterback Marcel Reed, but the lingering ankle issue has limited him to only 235 yards and 2 touchdowns on 23 catches.
Having Craver back in the lineup would certainly go a long way towards helping Texas A&M pull off the upset against Mizzou, so it will be interesting to see whether or not he’s able to suit up and what kind of impact he ends up having if he does.
