The Mississippi State Bulldogs trailed the Missouri Tigers 24-17 through three quarters of their Week 4 battle. From there, Kamario Taylor led the Bulldogs to two fourth-quarter touchdowns to claim a 31-24 win. This allowed Mississippi State’s social media team to execute a brilliant troll.

Following the win, the Bulldogs showed footage of Mizzou head coach Eli Drinkwitz talking about their famed cowbells. In response, they spliced memes together, asking “when will [opponents] learn?” The video then featured dancing from Tobey Maguire in Spider-Man 3, Tom Cruise in Tropic Thunder (among others) and crowd shots to celebrate the triumph.

Taylor, the star quarterback that has taken the nation by storm, also showed up in the video. The sophomore passer continued his excellent play with 360 passing yards and three touchdowns, including the game-winning 24-yard scoring toss to Sanfrisco Magee, vs. the Tigers.

Mississippi State (4-0, 2-0 SEC) is unbeaten through four games in back-to-back seasons for the first time in more than 80 years (1944-45). Taylor and running back Fluff Bothwell are the big reasons why, having driven the Bulldogs to 36.7 points per game against Power 4 foes. Jeff Lebby’s team looks to carry its momentum into a Week 5 showdown with the Alabama Crimson Tide next Saturday (noon ET, ABC).
