Mississippi State sees veteran defensive lineman enter the transfer portal, per report

Mississippi State defensive lineman Aaron Odom, who had 17 tackles and 3 sacks this past season, has reportedly entered the transfer portal, according to a report from Matt Zenitz of On3 Sports.
Odom, a 6-foot-3 and 275-pounder, was a redshirt senior this past season, and has 1 season of eligibility remaining. He started 2 games in 2020, and had 17 tackles with 2 sacks. Odom also forced a fumble and recovered one. Odom played in 11 games in 2020, but every other season he played in less than 5 games each year.
He’s played in 28 career games for the Bulldogs, and his best game came against Tulsa in 2020 when he had 3 tackles and 2 sacks.
Odom was a 3-star recruit coming out of Jackson, Mississippi (Callaway).
