Another Mizzou game is sold out.
On Monday, MU announced that Week 2’s game against Kansas, the highly anticipated renewal of the Border War rivalry, is sold out. Now, Week 3 against Louisiana is also sold out.
The game is the first-ever meeting between the Tigers and Ragin’ Cajuns. Louisiana posted a 10-4 record last season, playing in the Sun Belt Championship Game and appearing in the New Mexico Bowl.

Louisiana is the 3rd game of the season to sell out. Mizzou has also sold all tickets for the Oct. 11 game against Alabama.

The MU faithful can probably expect a promotional push for the Central Arkansas game. The season-opener on Aug. 29, a Thursday, is not currently sold out, putting a 12-game streak in jeopardy.
There’s a lot of excitement around Mizzou football this year. Eli Drinkwitz was recently rewarded with an extension through the 2029 season after notching the most wins in his first 5 seasons (38), including back-to-back seasons with double-digit victories and bowl wins.
