TUSCALOOSA, Ala. _ University of Alabama football fans wondering what to wear for Saturday’s season opener will have an easier choice: Crimson.
West Virginia coach Dana Holgorsen announced during his radio show Thursday night that his players voted to wear all white instead of blue or yellow.
Alabama, which has been designed the home team for the neutral-site game at the Georgia Dome (3:30 p.m., ET, ABC/ESPN2) will be in its traditional crimson. Alabama will make the trip to Atlanta today.
It’s the first meeting between the two football programs.
