Georgia is looking to remain unblemished when it welcomes Vanderbilt to Sanford Stadium on Saturday as it caps a two-game homestand, but both sides may look far different than usual.

The SEC’s initial injury reports were revealed Wednesday night, and in addition to these teams combining to put 7 players under the “Out” category, there are some notable names whose status is still up in the air.

For the Bulldogs, star running back Nate Frazier is listed as “questionable” after missing last week’s game against Oklahoma. Joining him under that label are Georgia Tech transfer wide receiver Isiah Canion and second-year outside linebacker Chase Linton.

For the Commodores, only one name is listed as questionable, but it’s an important one. Freshman quarterback Jared Curtis, who assumed the reins of Clark Lea‘s offense following the opening game of the season, appears to be working back from an undisclosed injury after being banged up during practice this week.

With 4 more Vanderbilt players already ruled out, the visitors can ill-afford to be missing their starting quarterback when going up against a defense that just wreaked havoc against Oklahoma.
