N.C. State coach Dave Doeren wants Clemson sideline activity investigated following loss
Here’s a story you don’t see very often, immediately after losing at home to Clemson, N.C. State coach Dave Doeren appears to be claiming foul play may have helped the Tigers get the win.
Clemson won 38-31 over N.C. State Saturday night in a game that went down to the wire. N.C. State had the ball on the final play of the game and had a chance to tie the game with a touchdown but came up just short when Wolfpack QB Ryan Finley threw an interception near the goal line.
During his postgame comments, Doeren made an interesting comment — he suggested foul play was involved by the Clemson coaching staff. At the heart of the issue was a laptop on Clemson’s sideline.
Here’s what the N.C. State coach had to say:
"I'd like to know why there was a laptop on Clemson's sideline, too," Doeren said. "I'd like that to be investigated."

Sour grapes by N.C. State or is there a legitimate gripe here?
