Some unfortunate news out of Nashville on Friday as Titans head coach Mike Vrabel reports that star receiver A.J. Brown will not suit up for the Titans this weekend.

Brown is currently dealing with a bone bruise in his knee following the Titans’ season-opening win over the Denver Broncos on Monday Night Football.

The 1-0 Titans are scheduled to host the 1-0 Jaguars in Nashville on Sunday.

Brown opened the season with five catches and 39 receiving yards in Tennessee’s 2020 season opener.

Last fall during his rookie season in the NFL, Brown caught 52 passes for 1,051 yards and scored eight touchdowns in 16 appearances.
