Two of the hot offenses in the country will meet on Saturday when Alabama travels to Ole Miss and coach Nick Saban meets up with his former offensive coordinator Lane Kiffin, now the Ole Miss coach.

Saban shared on the SEC coaches media teleconference what makes the Rebels offense so difficult to stop.

“Well, I think this is going to be a very challenging game for us,” Saban said. “These guys have scored a lot of points, they’re now fourth nationally in pass offense, averaging almost 40 points a game. I’m sure it’s that it’s gonna be a real challenge for us and our defense and I think our offense has to do a good job I think the tempo of the game. They really play fast, which is going to be something that our players are gonna have to adapt to hard to simulate practice but. So, they’re very, very difficult game this guy’s got some really good skill players quarterbacks really playing really well. And (Elijah Moore), (Jerrion Ealy), the rest of their receivers, are really really good so it’s going to be a very challenging game.”

The trigger man for that offense is QB Matt Corral, which Saban had high praise for in his description.

“I always think when you have a quarterback that is a very efficient passer, which he obviously is, I think that he is one of the best in the country and is a very good athlete who can extend players,” Saban said. “He can take off running, and then also, is a very efficient and effective quarterback.”

Alabama has won four straight over Ole Miss.
