Nick Saban has a bloody cheek. No, he did not get into a fistfight.
Alabama head coach Nick Saban was seen on the CBS broadcast of the Iron Bowl with a bloody cheek after a collision with a player’s shoulder pad. A little contact never hurt anybody.
It obviously has not had an effect on him.

The Crimson Tide are pretty much doing whatever they want to right now. Alabama is getting every break, including a call on a muffed punt that led to a 35-14 lead heading into halftime. Bryce Young is slinging it, too, having thrown for 264 yards and 3 touchdowns already through the first 30 minutes.
The Tide are rolling.
