Alabama receiver Noah Rogers will make his long-awaited program debut in Week 4 against South Carolina.
Head coach Kalen DeBoer confirmed that news during his weekly press conference on Monday morning. DeBoer also said running back AK Dear will be back in Week 4 against the Gamecocks as he has now recovered from an ankle injury.
Both Rogers and Dear went through pregame warmups against Florida State, but did not appear in the game.
Rogers transferred to Alabama from NC State this past offseason and was expected to be a major focal point of the Tide’s passing game in 2026. However, he’s yet to debut due to a knee injury he suffered back in the spring.

Rogers may still be a significant contributor for Alabama now that he’s healthy enough to see the field. Last season with the Wolfpack, he caught 31 passes for 441 yards and 2 touchdowns.
He’ll join an Alabama receiver room that’s off to a good start in 2026 with Keelon Russell under center. Lotzeir Brooks, Ryan Coleman-Williams and Rico Scott have each already surpassed 100 receiving yards on the season.
Alabama will host South Carolina on Saturday at 7 p.m. ET.
