Five short days ago, 3-star 2020 DT Montra Edwards Jr. out of Mississippi announced he was committing to Mizzou.
However, his time as a Tiger was a short one, as he announced on Sunday that he was decommitting from the program.
As you can see below, he still has Mizzou in his top 6, but he is also considering Mississippi State, Tennessee, Ole Miss, Florida State and Maryland:

Per the 247Sports composite, Edwards is the No. 61 defensive tackle in the 2020 class and the No. 19 overall recruit from the state of Mississippi.
The Tigers are now down to 14 players in their 2020 recruiting class. Prior to Edwards’ decommitment, the Mizzou class ranked No. 35 in the nation and No. 13 in the SEC, per 247Sports.
