Notable betting lines released following SEC schedule reveal

The new SEC schedule was released Monday evening on the SEC Network, and betting lines have already emerged for some of the more notable games. Three of these games have lines with a spread of less than 4 points.
As gamblers return to the action after the delay of the season’s start, there are plenty of variables to take into account, not the least of which is the new schedule, and week-by-week grind of the SEC, which is more different this year than it’s ever been.
Auburn will meet Georgia in one of the earliest dates for their meeting in decades, as the Deep South’s Oldest Rivalry. Georgia holds a three-game winning streak in the rivalry, including last year’s 21-14 decision.
One of the more interesting games leading up to the season is Georgia at Alabama as the Crimson Tide hold a five-game winning streak partially on the strength of meetings in Atlanta for the SEC Championship. They haven’t met in Tuscaloosa since 2007.
Alabama and LSU, often the biggest national game in the conference, will again happen after a bye week for both teams, and with the Crimson Tide listed as just a two-point favorite.
