Oklahoma has added another piece to its 2026 recruiting class.

Beau Jandreau is the newest Sooner commitment. He verbally pledged to play for Brent Venables‘ program following a weekend visit to Norman.

Out of Chandler (Arizona) Hamilton High School, Jandreau is listed as measuring 6-1, 215 pounds. On the 247Sports Composite, Jandreau is rated 3-stars, the No. 14 player in the state of Arizona, No. 89 linebacker and No. 1,081 prospect overall in the Class of 2026.

Jandreau picked up scholarship offers from 23 programs during his recruitment. Arizona, Georgia Tech, Kansas State, Minnesota, Mizzou, Nebraska, Notre Dame, Tennessee, USC and Washington were among the programs to express interest in Jandreau. He told Hayes Fawcett of On3 that he chose Oklahoma over Texas and Oregon.

With Jandreau on board, the Sooners now have 11 verbal commitments in their 2026 recruiting class, which ranks No. 37 nationally on the Composite. Seven of those commitments have come in the month of June. Niko Jandreau, Beau’s brother, committed to OU in May.
