Oklahoma has a new commitment in the class of 2027.
The Sooners picked up a pledge from 3-star receiver Malahn Green on Sunday morning. Green recently earned an offer from Oklahoma and took a visit to Norman this weekend.
That trip evidently went well, resulting in Green’s decision to commit to OU.

Green becomes the second wide receiver to commit to Oklahoma in the class of 2027. He’s currently ranked as the No. 147 wide receiver in the nation for the class of 2027, per 247Sports Composite rankings. He’s also the No. 16 player from the state of Missouri.
Green attends Cardinal Ritter College Prep in St. Louis, Missouri. He’s listed at 5-foot-10, 178 pounds. He had one other notable power-conference offer from Nebraska.
Oklahoma is now up to 23 commits in the class of 2027. The Sooners appear to be building an elite high school recruiting class in this cycle, as their group currently sits at No. 3 in the 247Sports Composite rankings.
High school recruits in the class of 2027 will be allowed to officially sign with their program of choice during the Early Signing Period in December.
