Ole Miss announces hiring of program’s first-ever general manager

The Ole Miss Rebels have been busy when it comes to making staff hires the past few days.
On Monday, Lane Kiffin’s new program announced an interesting new hire. For the first time ever, the Ole Miss program will have a general manager.
Per a release from the school, Matt Lindsey has been hired to fill the new role with the Rebels:
Lindsey will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Ole Miss football office, which includes administrative duties with player personnel, recruiting, staffing, performance analytics, academic support and other areas.
Lindsey comes to Oxford from South Carolina. Per the release, he oversaw all recruiting for South Carolina the past 3 seasons.
Lindsey has also served in the scouting department for the Philadelphia Eagles during his career.
Adam is a daily fantasy sports (DFS) and sports betting expert. A 2012 graduate of the University of Missouri, Adam now covers all 16 SEC football teams. He is the director of DFS, evergreen and newsletter content across all Saturday Football brands.
