The No. 17 Ole Miss Rebels are set to return to the Vaught for an electrifying clash against Sam Pittman and the Arkansas Razorbacks. Lane Kiffin‘s squad has aspirations of improving its record to 3-0 overall and 2-0 in SEC play, so this match promises not only fierce competition but also a fresh look as the Rebels unveil their latest “Drip in the Sip” uniform combination.

For this Week 3 rivalry game, fans can expect to see the Rebels donning striking powder blue helmets paired with matching jerseys and crisp white pants, an eye-catching ensemble sure to make a statement on the field.

Coming off a hard-fought road victory against Mark Stoops’ Kentucky Wildcats, where they triumphed 30-23, the Rebels are eager to maintain their momentum in what has historically been an intriguing rivalry. Analytics seem to favor Kiffin’s squad, giving them a robust 73.7% chance of victory according to ESPN’s FPI, compared to Arkansas 26.3% win probability. But will numbers tell the whole story?

The regional rivalry dates back over a century, since 1908 and has seen its fair share of thrilling moments across 71 matchups. Currently, Arkansas leads with a series record of 38-30-1. While Ole Miss has showcased impressive performances thus far, it will face a formidable challenge from Arkansas’s quarterback, Taylen Green. With an impressive completion rate of 72%. Green has already thrown for 10 touchdowns against just 2 interceptions this season, averaging nearly 11 yards per carry, a testament to his explosive offensive unit that excels in pass protection.

However, it is essential to keep things in perspective: Arkansas has yet to encounter an offense that truly tests its resolve. Sure, Austin Simmons may have experienced some early jitters, but he seems to be hitting his stride and is poised to exploit big plays through the air with his talented receiving corps.

As kickoff approaches at 7 p.m. ET from Oxford, the Rebels aim not only to outshine the Hogs with their stylish uniforms but also to win on home turf, where anything can happen.
