Pat McAfee gives electric final pick on College GameDay to close out Knoxville show

Pat McAfee is always high energy, but he saves his best for last every Saturday morning when the ESPN host and analyst shares his college football pick for the game that’s taking place where College GameDay is taking place.
The home fans are always all ears, and McAfee is loud enough to shout over the craziness that’s always going on as the show ends at high noon ET and the games for that week are ready to start. In Saturday’s case, the huge SEC showdown that College GameDay was broadcasting from was starting at noon ET, so McAfee had to slip in his pick before Texas kicked things off with host Tennessee.
It was the top-ranked Longhorns and the 14th-ranked Volunteers from Neyland Stadium, with ABC on the telecast, and McAfee was on hand to tell the fans which orange-clad team he was going with. Well, as it turned out, the home fans had to be all fired up after McAfee gave his usual wild and wacky display.

As McAfee stated, he was set to go with the team that wears burnt orange on Saturday afternoon. But when the right things developed during Saturday morning’s show, he reversed course and took the home team.
