Paul Finebaum’s popular radio show is known for its passionate, sometimes bizarre listener call-ins. However, one call into Monday’s show took things to a whole new level.
Nathaniel Prescott, father of star Mississippi State quarterback and Heisman hopeful Dak Prescott, made an unscheduled call into the show Monday afternoon to clarify his relationship with his son before a national listening audience.

So, in summary, Dak Prescott's dad just called into @finebaum to tell the world that CBS got it wrong when it said he was estranged from Dak

The call to Finebaum’s show comes in the aftermath of CBS’ report during its SEC doubleheader last weekend stating Prescott has been estranged from his father.
Yahoo! Sports columnist Pat Forde wrote a piece in early October regarding Prescott’s “Mama’s boy” relationship with his late mother, Peggy, but his father was never mentioned in the story. However, Forde also never mentioned the lack of a relationship between Prescott and his father, as stated by CBS last Saturday.
Finebaum is no stranger to these types of calls into his show (remember Harvey Updyke?) but Nathaniel Prescott’s call was certainly a bizarre way to begin another week in the SEC.
