Projecting Sunday’s AP Top 25: Auburn’s win, Georgia’s loss shakes up Top 10
So much for Georgia’s unexpected run out of the East to the College Football Playoff.
Florida’s upset of the Bulldogs in Jacksonville makes the journey that much more difficult for Mark Richt’s team after a string of convincing SEC wins, opening the door for Mizzou at the top.
In the SEC West, Auburn and Ole Miss played a classic in Oxford with the Tigers coming away with a 35-31 victory after a late fumble on a controversial play at the goal line.
